A38 Ship is a concert ship, restaurant, cultural and event centre in Budapest, anchored next to Petőfi Bridge, Buda side on the lower quay. It is accessible on stairs located next to the tram stop. Please use the crosswalk when you arrive!
|From the airport you have to head for Üllői road then turn left on Ferenc boulevard. Continue your way across Petőfi Bridge. The A38 Ship is located on the left side of the bridge. We recommend to park your car at Pázmány Péter walkway, in front of Eötvös Loránd University’s building or, on the lower quay, about 100 m southward from A38 Ship. Please note that there are limited parking spaces in front of the ship.|

|We highly recommend you to use only the official taxi at the airport, which is Főtaxi. Reservations can be made in person at the Főtaxi booths located at the exits at Terminals 2A and 2B – see picture.|
At the taxi rank in front of the stands, taxis are parking continuously waiting for passengers. The price from the airport to the A38 Ship should be around 10 000 HUF/ 32-35 Euro.
By public transport
At the airport get on bus 200E towards Kőbánya-Kispest. Then change for Metro Line 3 (Blue line) – some metro line stops are currently under construction, so you may have to change for replacement buses as instructed by the public announcement system – till Corvin district and change for Tram 4-6 towards Petőfi Bridge. The third stop is Petőfi Bridge, Buda side, from where the A38 Ship is just a 4-minute walk away.
If you want to avoid the transfers for replacement buses you can change the Metro Line 3 at Népliget stop for Tram 1 towards Etele road/Fehérvári road. After you get off the tram at the fifth stop, at Infopark, the A38 Ship is a 15-minute walk along the Danube, towards Petőfi Bridge.Estimated time: 1 hour
